For your story "Unusual Circumstances" why don't you have Kagome push Sesshomaru awake and flee from the seen before someone comes up and as Inuyasha comes to where they were he recognizes Sesshomaru and Kagome's scents all over the place and mixed together. He gets extremely anger and follows the scent to a spring in the forest and sees Sesshomaru and Kagome sitting on a shallow rock in the water talking about keeping it safe from her companions, especially Inuyasha. Then Inuyasha leaves them alone and when he returns back to the village and tells the others about it. And when Kagome come back Inuyasha is waiting for her at the sacred tree and yelled at her for being with his brother. She asks how he found out and worried if Miroku told. Inuyasha tells and forbids her from going back to him. She runs into the forest. Miroku comes up from the village and hears the conversation then consults Inuyasha after Kagome leaves and gets yelled at for knowing and not saying anything.
